AARC Members Win iPad, Kindle

(Irving TX - March 4) Two lucky AARC members have won prizes in the first drawing of a year-long membership campaign . Eight AARC members will eventually win those prizes.

Buff Harvey of Louisiana won the iPad in the drawing for renewing members, and the first Kindle Fire went to Deb Sheffield of Pennsylvania.

"This year's membership campaign is aimed at growing our membership so that we might serve more respiratory therapists with educational offerings, information, publications, and resource materials," said Sherry Milligan, AARC director of membership.

AARC membership is open to respiratory therapists and others interested in serving the pulmonary patient. Among the most valued services offered by the AARC are its live online webcasts for continuing education credit and the professional and clinical information offered through its two publications, AARC Times and RESPIRATORY CARE journal. A full list of the benefits and services offered by the organization is online.

"We'll have three more drawings for iPads and Kindle Fires this year, so be sure to join or renew soon to be eligible for the prizes," said Milligan.
