Ms. Myers Moss is a Clinical Associate Professor for the Respiratory Therapy Program at the University of Missouri School of Health Professions in Columbia, MO. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at Maryville University of Saint Louis and her Master of Education Degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has been a member of the faculty at the University of Missouri since 1987 and her academic emphasis includes laboratory instruction for entry and advanced level respiratory care. Ms. Myers Moss is nearing completion of her PhD at the University of Missouri-Columbia and her research interests include mass casualty ventilator competency development, interdisciplinary ACLS training, NAVA, and non-invasive oxygen delivery.

Mr. Lamphere is the Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Society for Respiratory Care and an Adjunct Instructor for the Respiratory Care Program at Gwynedd-Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley, PA. He earned his respiratory therapy degree from Gwynedd-Mercy College and his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from Temple University. His academic emphasis area includes didactic and laboratory entry level and advanced level courses in mechanical ventilation.

Mr. Galvin is an Assistant Professor in the Frances M. Maguire School of Nursing and Health Professions and Program Director for the Respiratory Care Program at Gwynedd Mercy University. He earned his bachelor's degree from La Salle College and a Master of Science Degree in education from St. Joseph's University. Bill has significant publishing experience, and most recently was a contributing author and one of 5 editors of a 59 chapter textbook entitled, the Principles and Practice of Respiratory Care, originally published in 2002 with a third edition scheduled for release in early 2015.

Dr. Shawna Strickland is the Associate Education Director-Education at the American Association for Respiratory Care. She earned her undergraduate degrees in respiratory therapy and health care management at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and her graduate degrees in education at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Dr. Strickland has clinical ethics consultation experience and continues to serve as a Center for Health Ethics Scholar for the University of Missouri School of Medicine.

Dr. Peter J. Papadakos is an anesthesiologist and Director of Critical Care at the University of Rochester Medical Center in upstate New York where he specializes in critical care medicine and anesthesiology. He earned his undergraduate degree at New York University and his medical degree at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Papadakos has published extensively on topics such as mechanical ventilation, sepsis, trauma, and sedation in the intensive care unit.

Mr. Hinkson is the Interim Manager of the Respiratory Department at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA. He graduated from Highline Community College with his respiratory therapy degree and obtained his BSRT from the University of Kansas. He earned his Masters of Science in Respiratory Care from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. His research interests include ventilator management in the patient with ALI/ARDS.

Mr. Lamb is Supervisor of Adult Critical Care at UnityPoint Health System in Des Moines, IA. He earned his respiratory therapy degree from Delaware Tech. He is the AARC Adult Acute Care section chair and has been widely published in peer-reviewed journals. His research interests focus on managing critically ill patients and he has lectured internationally. Mr. Lamb has been selected the Adult Acute Care specialty practitioner of the year by the AARC in 2002 and the trauma practitioner of the year by the Christiana Care Health System, Newark Delaware, in 2003 and 2012. He also serves on the Multi-Disciplinary Critical Care Knowledge Assessment Committee of the Society of Critical Care Medicine.

Mr. Scott is the Assistant Professor for respiratory care at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. He earned his respiratory therapy degree from Bluegrass Community and Technical College, his Bachelor of Science degree in Respiratory Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and his Master of Science in Respiratory Care from Rush University. He was named the Adult Acute Care specialty practitioner of the year by the AARC in 2007. His research interests include medical simulation in respiratory care, apnea testing during brain death assessment, and emergency/critical care.
