Reservation Deadlines
Thursday, November 1—Orlando World Center Marriott.
Thursday, November 8—Marriott Village hotels: Courtyard,
Fairfield Inn, Springhill Suites.
After these dates, AARC room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates.
AARC Sleeping Room Blocks
The AARC has contracted a block of sleeping rooms at the four hotels and will be penalized if all of the rooms are not utilized.

Phone Reservations
Domestic, as well as international attendees, can call Marriott Worldwide Reservations toll-free at 800-228-9290 for reservations at any of the four convention hotels. Use the Access Code shown next to your preferred hotel in the list below.
Guarantee
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card. Credit cards must be valid through December 2007. Cards accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club.
Special Requests
All Marriotts are non-smoking facilities.
Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, the hotels will do their best to honor all requests. The hotel will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
Acknowledgements
• Internet reservations: Print the confirmation page at the
end of the reservation process.

Phone reservations: You will receive a confirmation number from the agent.
You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Changes/Cancellations/Penalties
All changes/cancellations should be made by calling Marriott Worldwide Reservations toll-free at 800-228-9290. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to date of arrival or failure to register at the hotel on your confirmed date will result in your credit card being assessed one night room and tax by the hotel.
