There is no booking fee on-line. You can also call, or have your travel agent call, American Airlines Meeting Services at 800-433-1790 between 6:00 am and 12:00 midnight Central Time, daily. Refer to Authorization #A66N7AF. Reservations for the hearing and speech impaired are also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 800-543-1586. Receive the discount and earn AAdvantage® miles for your trip at the same time.
AirTran Airways
Attendees are eligible for a discount of 10% off the lowest available fare. Call, or have your travel agent call, AirTran Airways EventSavers Desk at 866-683-8368 Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Refer to Event Code MC0112807.
Budget Rent A Car
Reservations can be made by calling 800-772-3773 and mention the assigned Budget Convention Discount (BCD) #U064639 or reserve online at www.budget.com and enter the BCD number.
Airport Shuttle Discount
A
$4 discount on the regular $31 roundtrip price from the Orlando International
Airport to the four Marriotts is available from Mears Motor Shuttle. Reservations
are recommended. Go online

Priority Code 313251019. The coupon
must be presented at the Mears ticket counter located one level below
the baggage claim.
