Second Group of Fall Bulletins Online NowNovember 15, 2012 Members of the Long Term Care, Management, Neonatal-Pediatrics, Sleep, and Surface & Air Transport Sections can read the Fall issues of their Bulletins online now. Click on the following links to access these great publications— Management: This issue kicks off with a profile of our Specialty Practitioner of the Year, then features three great articles managers won’t want to miss: the first delves into the lead, teach, coach, manage model of leadership; the second is Part II of our series on managing staff in a union environment; and the third is an open letter to hospital administration on understanding RT productivity. Neonatal-Pediatrics: The section’s 2012 Specialty Practitioner of the Year takes center stage here too, and we also offer profiles on the other folks nominated for this year’s award. An informative article on the respiratory management of patients with Duchenne’s muscular dystrophy rounds out the issue. Sleep: Meeting educational criteria for polysomnography is covered in our feature article, and we also have a profile of our Specialty Practitioner of the Year. Surface & Air Transport: Outgoing Chair Steve Sittig thanks the membership for its support during his tenure in his Notes column and we are introduced to our new chair, Billy Hutchinson, and Bulletin co-editor, Bryan Byrd, in theirs. Our Specialty Practitioner of the Year is highlighted as well, and we have an informative article on the development of critical care levels going on now at CAMTS. Not a section member?
