Flu Vaccination Awareness Takes Center Stage this Week

This week is Flu Vaccination Awareness Week, and the AARC wants to remind everyone that there is no better health care professional to educate patients and fellow staff about the importance of getting the annual flu vaccine than a respiratory therapist.

As a key clinician involved in the care of people with respiratory conditions, you have the unique opportunity to help your patients and the people you work with understand how the flu is transmitted and why getting the flu vaccine is the best defense.
