Coding FAQs Online Now
The AARC has just compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions about coding for RT services that can help inform your coding decisions. Included on the list are questions on inpatient services, smoking cessation, physician office services, asthma education, and pulmonary rehabilitation.


Legal Advice Column Debuts in June
AARC Times will soon be the source where respiratory therapists turn to for answers to their professional practice questions. Attorney Anthony L. DeWitt, JD, RRT, FAARC, is excited to join AARC Times as a columnist writing a monthly column entitled “General Counsel.”


President Obama Signs Tobacco Trafficking Bill
The AARC recently threw its support behind legislation to stop harmful tobacco trafficking practices. Now the bill has passed both houses of Congress and been signed into law by President Obama.
