Ventilator Course Adds Value to Summer Forum
Attendees at this year’s Summer Forum, July 16–18 in Marco Island, FL, can boost the value of the trip by staying over for the “Current Issues in Mechanical Ventilation” course. This one and a half day program, July 18–19, covers up-to-date concepts in mechanical ventilation for both pediatric and adult patients, including information on patient-ventilator interaction from the recently held Respiratory Care Journal Conference. The course is approved for 6.5 hours of CRCE credit. Registration is open until June 28.

Job Opportunities at HHS
HHS has asked the AARC to help spread the word about two new job opportunities. The government agency is seeking applicants for a service fellow in health communications and e-health and a senior analyst to work on summary measures of population health and assessing health disparities/health inequity for Healthy People 2020.
