A Big Win in Hawaii!
RTs in Hawaii got some big news earlier this week – Governor Linda Lingle signed their licensure bill into law on Monday afternoon. Therapists have been working toward this goal for years, and are proud to be joining 48 other states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico in regulating the profession via licensure.

CMS Proposes Upping Pulmonary Rehab Rates
More good news this week came out of CMS. The AARC has learned the government agency has proposed positive changes to the payment rates for pulmonary rehabilitation.

Six Decades of Service
