AARC to Conduct National Ventilator Survey
At the request of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services,
the AARC will soon be conducting a National Ventilator Survey
on the web. The purpose: find out how many, and which types, of vents are
available in the nation’s hospitals in order to better plan
for a mass casualty respiratory failure event. RC managers
should get prepared to participate in this vital survey when
it is launched.
