Delaware Polysomnography Law Has Support of State’s RTs
A new polysomnography licensure law in Delaware has the full backing of RTs in the state. The law benefited from a close working relationship between the polysomnography community and the Delaware Society for Respiratory Care, which was able to preserve the respiratory care practice act in the legislative process.
