The deadline to make housing reservations at the AARC Congress rate has been extended to Tuesday, Nov. 9. Act now to get the best rates at the convenient convention headquarters hotel, site of breakfast sessions, social activities, and pre-Congress meetings.

The AARC Leadership Institute will be an online learning program aimed at facilitating your career development. Organizers are ready to develop the first five core courses, and are inviting members to submit requests for proposals now.


First Medicare Contracter Releases Pulmonary Rehab LCD
The Medicare Part A/B Administrative Contractor for Jurisdiction 4 has just released the first local coverage determination (LCD) on pulmonary rehabilitation since the national benefit went into effect last January. The AARC and its partner organizations made extensive comments on the proposed LCD and were pleased with the outcome on one issue while disappointed that another was not addressed.
