Standard Delivery

All orders are processed on a first-in, first-out basis.

Once we receive your order, an internal order processing time of 1–3 business days applies prior to shipment.

Orders to the United States and Puerto Rico are shipped UPS™ Ground. Shipping via UPS™ Ground is usually 1–5 days within the continental U.S.

Orders shipped to international locations are shipped via UPS™ Worldwide plans.
Express Delivery

Express delivery is not available through the online store. However, we can provide express delivery upon request to most locations. Contact Customer Service at 972-243-2272 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Central Time, for assistance in placing a rush order.

Overnight delivery is not available.

Prior to shipment, an internal order processing time of 1–3 business days applies upon receipt of your order.

Express 3-day means the order will arrive on the 3rd business day following shipment date (not order date). For example, an order shipped on Monday will arrive on Thursday.

Express 2-day means the order will arrive on the 2nd business day following shipment date (not order date). For example, an order shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday.
Shipping/Handling Charges

Shipping & handling charges apply to all orders.

When ordering online, shipping & handling amounts are calculated automatically based on the items ordered.

When sending a purchase order via fax or mail (see 4 Ways to Order), use Method A, B or C below to calculate rates:

Indicate “shipping/handling to be determined” on your purchase order. The amount will be calculated upon processing and indicated on your invoice.
OR

Shop online, but stop prior to entering a credit card. Shipping and handling will be automatically calculated based on your selections.NOTE: No order will be generated from this action, but be sure to change all quantities back to zero and click on [Update Qtys] before leaving the store. Otherwise, the store will remember these items the next time you shop.

Fax your order to Customer Service at 972-484-2720 and ask for a quote before the order is processed.

Other Charges that may apply

Sales Tax of 8.25% applies to all orders with a destination address in the state of Texas.
For Texas customers who are exempt from sales tax, those exemptions cannot be accommodated online. Please fax or mail your order with a copy of your exemption certificate. Or contact Customer Service at 972-243-2272 for more information.

A Customs Fee of $15 applies to every order shipped to a destination address outside the United States or Puerto Rico. This fee is automatically included in the shipping/handling charges on the order.
