Tampa Marriott waterside Hotel and Marina
The headquarters hotel is the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina, 700 S. Florida Avenue, Tampa, FL 33602. The official social functions will be held at the Marriott.

Hotel Reservations
The Deadline for Official Congress Housing Has Passed
If you want to make a new reservation, visit the aRES citywide housing system. You may also call them 1-877-300-6147 or, for International callers, 1-619-546-7263.
If you already have a reservation through the AARC Housing Bureau, no changes or cancellations can be made between October 14 and October 18 while the Housing Bureau transfers the reservations to the hotels. Starting Monday, October 19, direct all changes to your designated hotel.
Reservation Deadline
Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015 is the deadline to make your reservation at the AARC discounted rates. After this date, the official AARC room blocks may be released by the hotels and they may charge significantly higher rates for any rooms that are still available.
Notice: Unauthorized housing entities are contacting attendees and exhibitors to book Tampa hotel reservations. Only the phone/fax numbers and links shown below are authorized by the AARC. Neither the AARC, nor Experient, our Housing Bureau, will be making unsolicited calls regarding hotel reservations. Reservations made through unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates. However, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable change or cancellation penalties, or be completely non-refundable.

Four Ways to Make Hotel Reservations
For best availability and immediate confirmation, make your reservation online via the link below. Faxed or mailed housing requests will take longer to process and choice hotels may not be available. Do not send the housing form to the AARC Executive Office or individual conference hotels; it will delay processing your request. Do not call the hotels’ central reservations numbers.
Online
Use the link to go directly to the AARC Housing Bureau web page. Internet booking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Phone
(800) 696-7353 (toll-free in US/Canada) or (847) 996-5880. Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm Central Time.
Fax
Fax your completed Housing Form with a credit card number for guarantee to the AARC Housing Bureau at (301) 644-5124 (secure line). Only one room reservation per form.
Mail your completed Housing Form with a credit card number for guarantee to the AARC Housing Bureau, 5202 President Court, Suite 310, Frederick, MD 21703-4088, USA. Only one room reservation per form.
Due to privacy laws, do not e-mail the reservation form. All reservations with a credit card number must be faxed. No forms with credit card numbers will accepted.

Guarantee
A credit card guarantee of one night’s room and tax is required with each reservation request. Housing forms received without a valid credit card will be returned without being processed. Credit cards must be valid after Nov. 30, 2015 to be considered a proper guarantee.
No cash or check deposits are accepted. If you need assistance setting up special billing, please email aarc@experient-inc.com.
Special Requests
Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability. All Marriotts are smoke free hotels.
Confirmations
Confirmations will be sent from the Housing Bureau after each reservation booking, modification, or cancellation. Review it carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation via email within 3 days after any transaction, please call the Housing Bureau at (800) 696-7353 (toll-free in US/Canada) or (847) 996-5880 or email aarc@experient-inc.com. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Your convention hotel will not have record of your reservation until after housing closes. After the deadline the Housing Bureau will transfer all reservations to the hotels. You may contact your hotel starting Monday, October 19.
Changes to Reservations
Contact the AARC Housing Bureau via online, phone, fax, or email for changes or cancellations through Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015. No changes or cancellations can be made between Oct. 15 and Oct. 18 while the Housing Bureau transfers the reservations to the hotels. Starting Monday, Oct. 19, direct all changes to the designated hotel.
Your confirmed hotel may assess an early departure fee for departure date changes after check-in.
Cancellations/No Show Penalties
A valid credit card with an expiration date after Nov. 30, 2015 must be used to guarantee your room(s). Rooms must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
If you do not cancel your reservation and/or do not show, the first night’s deposit will be charged to your credit card the night of your reserved arrival, and your reservation will be forfeited.
