Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities

All applications are considered for assignment according to the priority points and the date and time they are received in the AARC Convention Department. When companies that have an equal number of points request the same booth space, space is assigned based upon the date and time the AARC Convention Department received the application.

The AARC offers sponsorship opportunities only available to exhibiting companies at the 55th International Respiratory Congress. For more information, contact Ray Masferrer.

Guide to Exhibitors

Distributed to over 5,000 professional attendees at registration, the guide provides a short description from each participating company, its contact information, booth number and a detailed map of the Exhibit Hall. In addition, it is used as a year-round reference, giving your company visibility long after the Exhibit Hall has closed. In addition to the free listing you may purchase ad space to add impact to your message. Email Phil Ganz at Phil Ganz. Deadline for purchasing an ad is July 24, 2009. Deadline for free publication is October 2, 2009.

Attendee Bag Inserts

The Attendee registration bag is a high-quality tote bag filled with select advertising literature, promotional items and product giveaways. It will be handed out to all attendees at registration. Email Annette Phillips to obtain size requirements, cost and quantity details. Deadline for inserts to be received in the AARC Office is Monday, November 2, 2009.

RC Technology Showcase

New this year is the RC Technology Showcase featuring formal presentation space inside the Exhibit Hall. This is your chance to present products, services, business model, and/or data with relevant technical and scientific implications. Details on the RC Technology Showcase will be sent to you once your exhibit space is confirmed.
